UDHAMPUR, Oct 19: A leopard struck at village Sarar in Chenani tehsil and killed four sheep besides injuring five others, here last night.
Reports said that cattle of Raj Ali, Amar Chand, Miraz Ali and Liaqat Ali were attacked by a leopard last night. Four sheep were killed and five others were injured in the leopard attack, which triggered a panic wave in the entire village and adjoining areas.
After being informed, Police team and Wildlife Department officials visited the spot . People appealed the Wildlife Department officials and district administration to capture the leopard dead or alive.
