DODA, Jan 27: A leopard has been captured alive from village Kilothran of the district.
As per official sources, a leopard strayed into village Kilhotran triggering panic among the locals.
The locals mustered courage and captured the leopard alive and later handed over to Wild Life Department. The animal was reportedly on the prowl in Kilhotran area for the past 10 days.
The captured leopard has been transported to Kishtwar Wild Life Sanctuary.
