Noida, Sept 10: LG Electronics on Tuesday launched its first-ever Braille AC Remote Cover, a groundbreaking initiative designed to support the visually impaired community.
The launch event was attended by representatives from the National Association for the Blind (NAB) and LG leadership.
The highlight of the event was a live demonstration of the Braille AC Remote Cover, showcasing how the product will revolutionize the way visually impaired individuals operate LG’s air conditioners.
On the occasion, Youngmin Hwang, Director, Home Appliances & Air Conditioner- LG Electronics India said, “At LG, our aim is to make better life for all through our innovative products and technologies. This AC remote cover is designed for the visually impaired ensuring that all individuals can enjoy their comfort with ease. By integrating Braille, we are putting one step towards our journey of inclusivity and accessibility for our customers, he said.
