JAMMU: Shortly after the official Twitter account of Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor (@officeoflgjandk) was suspended by the micro-blogging platform, it has now been restored. A senior official in the Raj Bhavan, on the condition of anonymity, SAID that it was a technical glitch from Twitter’s end and has now been rectified.
