Jammu, Jan 13: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has been personally monitoring the Grievances Cell.
Every month, Sinha holds Grievances Redressal Programme to listen and address issues of the public across the UT. The Cell, however, functions regularly and a dedicated team of staff monitors the grievances and forward them to concerned officials for necessary action.
“The redressal rate of grievances has gone up. Quality redressal is taking place. However, in the cases where resolution of the issue has to take time, the concerned person is accordingly briefed,” the sources said.
