SRINAGAR, July 25: The Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha was today presented with a book authored by Vishal Sharma, Additional Secretary, Revenue Department, J&K Government.
The title of the book is “Wild Lilies in the Backyard”. The Lt Governor congratulated the author and complimented him on his contribution to the literary world.
