SRINAGAR, July 1: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today released a book titled “Umeed Abhi Baqi Hai”, authored by Bashir Ahmad Buch, at Raj Bhawan.
The Lt Governor congratulated and extended his best wishes to the author.
