KATHUA, Mar 13: A team headed by Assistant Controller Drugs Kathua, Munish Kumar Gupta during the inspection of Drug sale premises of District Kathua today observed that M/s Health Care Medicos, District Hospital Kathua bearing License No. Kathua /R/384-85 has contravened the provisions of Drugs and Cosmetic Act 1940. Accordingly, licensing authority suspended the operation of the licenses of the firm.
The Assistant Controller Drugs, Kathua/Licensing authority has impressed upon all the trade members to comply with the provisions of Drugs and Cosmetic Act 1940 and rules there under as the offenders would be dealt with sternly. During the inspection six drug samples were lifted for test and analysis.
