LOS ANGELES, Oct 24: Actress Lindsay Lohan’s stepmother Kate Major is back behind bars after allegedly attacking a police officer.
The 33-year-old estranged wife of the actress’ father Michael, was planning to drive home after drinking with a friend when he refused to let her have the car keys.
According to TMZ, Major called the police and they proceeded to attempt an arrest for being drunk and disorderly in public.
At that point she allegedly lashed out at one of the cops and she was taken into custody and booked on charges of battery on an officer, and disorderly intoxication.
Major could face a lengthy spell behind bars as she’s currently on probation for a separate assault. (PTI)
