KISHTWAR, July 5: A lineman of Power Development Department (PDD) got injured due to electric shock while working in Dool area, falling under the jurisdiction of Kishtwar Police Station, a police official said.
The victim has been identified as Irshad Ahmed, son of Abdul Kareem Butt, a resident of Hunjala, District Kishtwar.
He was rushed to District Hospital Kishtwar, where he was undergoing treatment when last reports came in.
Kishtwar police has taken cognizance in this regard.
