POONCH, Feb 11: The cross LoC trade is going on smoothly via Chakkan-da-Bagh between Poonch and Rawlakote despite problem on Uri-Muzaffarabad route after seizure of drugs.
An official spokesman said that there was no impact on the trade via this route, after recent development on Uri-Muzaffarabad route. He said today 25 trucks loaded with fruits and other goods worth Rs 79 lakh crossed over to that side of the LoC while goods worth Rs 42 lakh arrived here from PoK in three trucks today. On Tuesday the goods in 29 trucks was traded on both the sides. 25 trucks loaded with goods had been dispatched to PoK from here on Tuesday.
