SRINAGAR: Describing the opposition by local leaders to the idea of revoking PSA “unfortunate”, the vice president of the National Conference (NC) Omar Abdullah on Wednesday said the opposition parties should second his clarion call of removing the unjust law.
The former chief minister said president of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Mehbooba Mufti cannot absolve her of the alleged wrong she had committed on the State and its people and special position as CM.
Addressing party workers at Beerwah in central Kashmir district of Badgam, Mr Omar said local opposition to the idea of revoking PSA is unfortunate and is reflective of the politics opposition is playing. (AGENCIES)
