UDHAMPUR, Oct 26: The locals from village Ladana today held a strong protest against the damage caused to approach road to the bridge newly constructed by PMGSY wing of R&B Department.
The villagers alleged that R&B department under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) started road work during 2013-14 on this 14 km road from village Kulwanta to Bade Ladana. At Jali Nalla bridge the approach road has been badly damaged and it was not repaired by the agency. The movement of vehicles to the bridge was closed about six month back. The locals demanded immediate repair of this approach road.
