SRINAGAR, Apr 20: Two boys were reportedly selling Charas in Jehangeer Mohalla Cement Kadal in Srinagar on a scooter, bearing registration number JK01D- 6702.
Police sources said, some locals came to know about it and tried to catch hold of them but the duo fled from the area leaving the scooter behind which was set ablaze by them. The traffic was disrupted and panic gripped the area for some time. Fire tenderers reached the spot and doused the burning scooter.
