JAMMU, Mar 20: Bhawan police handed over a lost purse to its owner.
As per police sources, during patrolling, a team from Bhawan Police Station led by SHO Rajesh Sharma found an unclaimed purse near bathing ghat.
Announcement was made and after that a pilgrim namely Satvir Singh, son of Chirangi Lal, a resident of Haryana approached police station and made claim regarding his purse.
After proper verification and satisfaction, the bag containing Rs 3110 cash and Aadhar card was handed over to him.
