LPEF delegation meets CM

JAMMU, Jan 16: A delegation of All J&K Low Paid Govt Employees Federation (LPEF) met the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and pressed for early implementation of 7th Pay Commission report.
The delegation led by Federation president Abdul Majid Khan discussed the issues of employees and pensioners with the Chief Minister and stressed the need to implement  7th Pay Commission report, release pending DA installment,  revise minimum daily wage rate, remuneration of village guards besides enhancement of Medical allowance of the employees and pensioners. They also raised the issue of  regularisation of temporary workers and remove pay anomalies of the clerical cadre.
Trade unionists Om Parkash, Mohd Shaban Bhat and Sandeep Sharma also accompanied.
The CM listened patiently and assured for early consideration.
