LPEF for healthy dialogue between authorities, employees

SRINAGAR, Nov 6: All J&K Low Paid Employees Federation (LPEF) in a meeting here, today said that a healthy dialogue between the authorities and low-paid employees can lead to better understanding and resolution of issues.
The meeting said the Federation sincerely hopes that the Government will reconsider its stance on the agitation call given by employees and engage in constructive discussions with the Low Paid Employees Federation to address the concerns of employees and promote a harmonious working environment.
The meeting was held under the leadership of Mohammed Javed Shah general secretary of the Federation and it was attended by Mir Ghulam Rasool Rajpuri (provisional president, LPEF), Mohd Shabaan Bhat (chief organizer, LPEF), Ab Rashid Bhat (district president Anantnag), N A Magray (State secretary, LPEF), Manzoor Ahmad Rather, Ghulam Ahmad Dar, Ghulam Hassan Batoo, Mehraj -ud -Din Mir and others.
“We look forward to an open and constructive dialogue with the Government to find amicable solutions to the issues that have led to these demonstrations and strikes,. We believe that collaboration and mutual understanding can lead to a more prosperous and harmonious Jammu and Kashmir,’’ the Federation added.
