NEW DELHI, Oct 31:
Giving a strong jolt to the households, the Government has hiked the prices of non-subsidised LPG cylinders by Rs 38.50 per unit. Now it will cost Rs. 529 per cylinder in Delhi.
Increased rates will be applicable from Monday midnight.
Last week, Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojna (PMUY) aims at providing five crore LPG connections to Below Poverty Line (BPL) households in the country within three years. (Agencies)
