JAMMU, Oct 25 : Miran Sahib police conducted a raid in village Tooteray and arrested one LPG (cooking gas) black marketer and seized one truck alongwith 216 LPG cylinders.
Driver Balbir Singh son of Krishan Lal of village Tooteray tehsil R.S. Pura, loaded a truck JK02AE-1385 with LPG cylinders from Bari Brahmana and was supposed to be delivered the same at Rajouri for Army supply.
The driver instead of delivering the cylinders at Army Camp, Rajouri, moved the truck at his village Tooteray, R S Pura and started pilfering the gas from cylinders.
Meanwhile, Miran Sahib police reached the spot, seized the truck /LPG blank and filled cylinders and took the driver in custody. In this connection a case FIR No 111/13/13 U/S 3/7 EC Act, 407 RPC has been registered.
