JAMMU, Mar 14: Shiv Sena Hindustan (SSH) will contest the upcoming Lok Sabha elections from about 10 Parliamentary Constituencies where it enjoys a good public support.
In a press conference here today Pawan Gupta, national president of SSH said that they recently toured some States and Union Territories like Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, West Bengal, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, Delhi and Madhya Pradesh to check their political potential.
“In West Bengal entire of the Shiv Sena Shinde joined us,” he claimed.
Gupta also said that for the last two days in Jammu they were holding parleys and have decided to contest from two seats in J&K.
“SSH will contest from Jammu and Kathua-Udhampur seats and name of the candidates shall be announced soon,” he maintained adding: “We have asked our party team here to look for potential candidate from other three seats also if their ideology matches with our.”
Rajesh Kesri, J&K SSH leader among others were also present in the press conference.
