SRINAGAR, Sept 24 : Lt. Gen. K. T. Parnaik, Northern Army Commander, called on Governor N N Vohra at Raj Bhavan here this evening.
During their hour long meeting, the Governor and Lt Gen Parnaik discussed various matters relating to security management, including recent reports about increase in infiltration from across the LoC.
