SRINAGAR, June 25: Lt. Gen. Gurmeet Singh, Corps Commander, 15 Corps, and Lt. Gen. Subrata Saha, GOC, 15 Corps (Designate) called on N. N. Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan today.
The Governor discussed with the Generals various issues relating to internal and external security management and also reviewed the security arrangements being made for the forthcoming Shri Amarnathji Yatra.
The Governor conveyed his good wishes to Lt. Gen. Singh on his moving to the Army Hqs. to hold a responsible assignment. He welcomed Lt. Gen. Saha and wished him a very successful tenure as GOC 15 Corps.
