JAMMU, Mar 26: Making fervent appeal to voters of Jammu-Poonch constituency to ensure big win for Madan Lal Sharma in the ensuing Lok Sabha elections, senior National Conference leader and MLA, Bimla Luthra said this will be defeat to divisive and disruptive forces.
During door to door campaign in Viru Mohalla Chatta at Gandhi Nagar along with women workers, Luthra said that secularism is the only way out to steer this sensitive State to peace and progress.
She said negative forces have always worked for dividing the society in order to seek political mileage.
Saying that the vote to Madan Lal Sharma will be support to the progressive policies of National Conference, Luthra hoped that the forthcoming elections would witness largest ever participation of voters. He particularly asked the women and new voters to come forward and strengthen secular forces in a big way.
