JAMMU, Jan 23: A luxury car was damaged in fire in Shastri Nagar area here today.
As per police sources, fire broke out in a luxury car belonging to Raman Gupta at Shastri Nagar area due to short circuit in the electric meters here today.
On getting information, police team rushed to the spot and informed the Department of Fire and Emergency Services.
Fire fighters along with tenders reached the spot and doused the flames.
No injury or casualty has been reported in the incident, while the exact loss could not be ascertained yet.
Gandhi Nagar Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
