Madhav Lal holds meet with AOI

JAMMU, Dec 31: Secretary, Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India Madhav Lal held a meeting with the members of the Association of Industries (AOI), Gangyal.
Balbir Gupta, president of the association presented the welcome address and highlighted various issues.
Virendra Jain, general secretary apprised the guest about various issues related to the development of industrial sector. He requested the secretary to formulate new infrastructural development schemes for installation of 50 MVA transformer at Gangyal grid station.
The secretary was also apprised that MSE units situated outside the industrial estates are deprived of the incentives under DIPP schemes due to the condition of khasra imposed by DIPP. Khasra neutrality was requested so that all the units can avail the incentives.
Madhav Lal assured that he will look after the issues raised by the association members for redressal. He also asked the entrepreneurs to avail the benefits under cluster development, common facilitation centres, etc.
In the end, SB Abrol, senior vice president of the association presented vote of thanks.
Deputy Commissioner Samba RK Varma, Director MSME Varinder Sharma, officers of SICOP, Jugal Kishore Gupta, vice president of AOI, LS Puri, treasurer and executive members of AOI were also present.
