JAMMU, Jan 9: The seventh Mahajayanti of Swami Chaman Lal Ji Bamzai (Babjee) of Swami Nand Bab Ashram was celebrated at Ashram Swami Nand Bab Sahib , Nand Bab Colony, Laley Da Bagh near here under the chairmanship of C L Bhat, vice president of the Ashram.
A Maha Yagya was solemnized on the occasion which started with Kalash Pooja and culminated with Puranahuti and serving of prashad to devotees.
Hundreds of devotees thronged the ashram to participate in the religious function and pay obeisance to Swami Ji. The Bhajan Kirtan with recitation of Guru mantra was held in the Ashram. Vikram Kaul, Trustee of the Ashram threw light on the spiritual life of the Swami Ji. The Mahajyanti was also celebrated at Gurgoan Haryana.
