Maharaja Hari Singh Night Cricket Tournament from today

JAMMU, Oct 9: In the memory and 121th Birth anniversary celebrations of Maharaja Hari Singh Ji, PEACE, a social and cultural organisation is organizing “Maharaja Hari Singh Night Cricket Tournament” in DBN Ground, Mubarak Mandi Complex, Jammu from tomorrow.
While addressing the press conference, Narinder Sharma, president PEACE explained the contribution of Maharaja in the field of Education, Women Empowerment and about his Nationalistic vision.
Elaborating the schedule of tournament, general secretary, PEACE,  Varun Magotra said that inauguration of tournament will be held on tomorrow evening. The tournament will be purely on knock out system. He hoped that about 32 teams will participate in the tournament with no reentry and no replay of team. He said such types of programmes will be organized by the organization to make dogras aware of their culture and heritage.
Sudhir Singh Jamwal,  Joginder Singh Manhas and  Rajesh Sharma  were also present on this occasion.
