JAMMU, May 26: Mahindra and Mahindra presented Excellence Award to the Service Department of Astro India Automobiles Private Limited.
The company recently held its Service Manager Conference at Solan to recognize and felicitate the best dealership who has excelled in providing exceptional after sale services to the customers.
Astro India Private Limited was honoured with 5 awards in different categories across Chandigarh, Punjab and J&K dealerships.
The award was given in different categories like Best Performer in Service Action, Best Performer in Qwik Productivity, Best Performer in Maximile, Best Performer in Cost Estimation in Prosper and Best Performer in Customer satisfaction.
The award was presented to Mahesh Jaiswal, GM Service Astro India and Rakesh Kharoo, Service Manager, Astro India Private Limited.
The award was presented by P Manoj Kumar, Senior RCCM, Basant Patil, Deputy RCCM and Sympath Koul, CCM.
