Ayaz Ahmad Khan, Additional Secretary presently posted in the office of Excise Commissioner, J&K holding additional charge of the office of State Taxes Department has been transferred and posted in the office of State Taxes Department on full time basis;
Raies Ahmad Qazi, Deputy Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the office of Water Resources Regulatory Authority, J&K has been transferred and posted in the Pollution Control Board. However, he shall lookafter the litigation work of the Directorate of Ecology, Environment and Remote Sensing Department in addition to his own duties till further orders;
Nar Singh, Senior Law Officer presently posted in the Directorate of School Education, Jammu has been transferred and posted in the office of Excise Commissioner, J&K vice Mr. Ayaz Ahmad Khan;
Kulbushan Singh Salathia, Senior Law Officer presently posted in the office of Road Transport Corporation, Jammu has been transferred and posted in the Directorate of Litigation, Jammu as Deputy Director Litigation vice Shashi Kant Bhagat;
Sumiya Mir, Senior Law Officer presently posted in the Horticulture Department has been transferred and posted in the Labour and Employment Department vice Zarina Akther;
Muneer Ahmad Malik, Senior Law Officer presently posted in the Directorate of Agriculture, Kashmir holding additional charge of Directorate of Horticulture, Kashmir has been transferred and posted in the Directorate of Litigation, Kashmir as Deputy Director Litigation against available post;
Shamim Ahmad Wani, Senior Law Officer presently posted in the Industries and Commerce Department holding additional charge Mining Department and SIDCO has been transferred and posted in the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs. However, he shall continue to lookafter the litigation work of the office of Managing Director, SIDCO in addition to his own duties till further orders;
