JAMMU, June 18: A major tragedy averted when an LPG cylinder caught fire due to gas leakage in a house at Janipur Colony.
As per police sources, an LPG cylinder caught fire due to gas leakage in a house at Janipur Colony.
Acting swiftly, the inmates of the house threw the cylinder outside and doused the flames by using sand.
On getting information, police team from Janipur police station led by SI Hilal Azhar also reached the spot.
No casualty or injury has been reported in the incident.
Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
