JAMMU, Jan 27: Makeover Fitness-1 Platinum Gym, a modern fitness centre at Kunwar Plaza, Opposite Bahu Plaza, on its completion of one year in Jammu, announced to start cross fit exercises soon.
On the occasion, Proprietor of the Gym, Aashir Lone hoped that the facilities at the gym would continue to imbibe a sense of physical fitness among the local youth and encourage them to take part in sports.
Lone, further said that the main motive of establishing the gym is to provide best services matching international standard machinery in very cheap rates. He said that the gym has the state of art infrastructure and machinery to meet the requirement of the youth. He mentioned that all machinery used in gym was imported from Technogym, the world leader in gym products.
While speaking about the completion of one year, Lone said “No membership fee will be charged for the new entrants but the scheme is valid for only first-cum-first basis and that too for 15 days.” In New Year resolution for expansion of Gym in Jammu, Lone said that very soon the Gym is going to start cross fit exercises.
The Gym also offers Rs 9999 for yearly charges. The Gym has also it’s another branch in Srinagar which has received great response from the youths due to its state of the art infrastructure. It offers services for men and women and also providing floor exercise, proper training, with special focus on training.
“Trainers here are certified and have played a great role in helping members to maintain the performance of their lungs and heart to most efficiently burn off excess calories and keeping their weight under control”, Lone added.
