KATHUA Jan 23: Police Station Malhar in Kathua district recovered a minor girl which was kidnapped and handed her over to her legal heirs.
As per reports, Police Station Malhar after receiving the information about kidnapping of a minor girl instantly registered FIR 18/2019 U/S 363/109 RPC and started the investigation.SI Gurvinder Singh, SHO, PS Malhar based on investigation and tip off deputed teams at different identified locations in search of the minor girl.
After strenuous efforts police team led by ASI Yograj Incharge PCP Sadrota recovered her from Printer Billawar.
Police team handed over the minor girl to her legal heirs after completing all legal formalities.
