KISHTWAR, Oct 31: Apni Party has appointed Malik Mohammed Umar (adv) as District president for Kishtwar.
Malik’s appointment was made after his name was recommended to Apni Party Provincial president Jammu, Manjit Singh with the approval of Party president Altaf Bukhari.
Umar Malik did his schooling from Kishtwar. He did BA and LLB from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). He was involved in politics from a very young age as he took his journey from student politics.
