RAMBAN, Mar 30: Ramsoo police apprehended a man and recovered illicit liquor from his possession.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Ramsoo Police Station laid a naka and apprehended a man along with 44 quarters of illicit liquor.
The accused has been identified as Parvaiz Ahmed, son of Nazir Ahmed of Bradgadii, Ramsoo, District Ramban.
A case under FIR Number 23/19 under section 48-A Excise Act has been registered against the accused person at Police Station Ramsoo and investigation started to ascertain the source and other persons involved in this menace.
