JAMMU, Mar 26: Domana Police has arrested a man for allegedly raping a minor girl.
“A complaint was lodged on March 24 in Police Station Domana by a woman stating that when she went to a hospital on March 19 and her minor daughter was all alone at home, her real uncle (Massad) came to their home and committed rape with her daughter,” a police spokesman said.
He said on the basis of the complaint of victim’s mother, a case was registered under relevant sections of law at Police Station Domana and the accused namely Subhash Chander was arrested while further investigation of the case was in progress.
