JAMMU, Mar 31: Arnia Police arrested a man for selling illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Police Station Arnia led by SHO Inspector Harjeet Singh under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan conducted raid and apprehended a person, who was selling illicit liquor among the masses. Police team recovered 38 quarters of illicit liquor from the possession of arrested person.
The arrested person has been identified as Keemti Lal, a resident of Arnia, District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 22/2021 under Section 48 Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Arnia and investigation started.
