RAMBAN, Nov 26: Patnitop police arrested a man and recovered illicit liquor from his possession.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Patnitop Police Post laid a naka and arrested a man along with 38 small bottles of illicit liquor.
The arrested person has been identified as Kailash Chand, son of Shantu Ram, a resident of Chakwa, Batote, District Ramban.
A case under FIR Number 120/18 has been registered at Batote Police Station and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge Patnitop Police Post SI Vikram Manhas made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Batote Inspector Nazir Ahmed, DySP Headquarters Ramban Asgar Malik, Additional SP Ramban Sanjay Parihar and SSP Ramban Anita Sharma.
