JAMMU, Mar 4: Miran Sahib police arrested a man and recovered 30 pouches of illicit liquor from his possession, a police official said.
The accused has been identified as Ashwani Kumar, son of Madan Lal, a resident of Deoli, Tehsil Bishnah.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Miran Sahib Police Station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Miran Sahib Inspector Ajit Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Surinder Choudhary and SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal.
