JAMMU, June 25: SMGS police post arrested a person and recovered 19 stolen motorcycles from his possession.
As per police sources, a team from SMGS police post caught one suspect namely Kamal Preet, son of Harbans Lal of Miran Sahib, Tehsil RS Pura.
During sustained questioning, he disclosed that he had stolen 19 two wheelers from the premises of SMGS Hospital parking and other locations of Jammu city.
On his disclosure, police recovered all the stolen motorcycles from different places.
Further questioning of the accused is going on.
Police team led by Incharge SMGS police post Mohammad Rashid made the arrest and recovered the stolen vehicles under the supervision of SHO City police station Inspector Suresh Goutam, SDPO City Vivek Shekhar Sharma and SP City Dr Vinod Kumar.
