RAMBAN, Apr 26: Chanderkote Police arrested a man and recovered 70 grams cannabis from his possession.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Police Station Chanderkote led by SHO Inspector Vijay Singh Choudhary and assisted by PSI Sunil Choudhary laid a naka and intercepted a person, who was moving under suspicious circumstances near JP Gate.
During checking, police team recovered 70 grams cannabis from the possession of the person and arrested him.
The arrested person was identified as Nisakit Ali, son of Slam Din of Kunfer Chanderkote, District Ramban.
A case under FIR Number 47/2021 under Section 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Chanderkote and investigation started.
