JAMMU, Sept 8: Narwal police arrested a man along with 53 bottles of illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Narwal Police Post led by SI Vikas Jasrotia laid a naka and intercepted a motorcycle bearing registration number PB10DQ-8017.
During checking, police team recovered 63 bottles of illicit liquor from the possession of the rider and arrested him.
The arrested person has been identified as Raman Kumar, son of late Joginder Kumar of Rajiv Nagar, District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 224/2020 under section 48 (a) Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and investigation started.
