JAMMU, Apr 12: Gharota Police arrested a man along with illicit hooch.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Police Station Gharota led by SHO Inspector Khyati Maan Khajuria conducted raid in Rakh Baran area of tehsil Bhalwal and arrested a man along with 45 litres of illicit hooch.
The arrested person has been identified as Umind Singh, son of Behari Lal of Chhattisgarh, at present Rakh Baran tehsil Bhalwal district Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 24/2021 under Section 48-E Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Gharota and investigation started.
