KISHTWAR, Jan 24: Padyarna Police arrested a man with illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on specific information a team from Police Post Padyarna led by PSI Ankush Sharma under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Kishtwar Satish Sharma conducted raid and destroyed 50 litres of lahan, seized 5 litres of illicit liquor and arrested one person.
The arrested person was identified as Prithvi Nath, son of Gayan Chand, a resident of Padyarna District Kishtwar.
A case FIR Number 11/2022 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Kishtwar and investigation started.
