SRINAGAR, July 7: Police today claimed to have arrested a man in Anantnag district with 11 kg of poppy straw, a narcotic drug, during naka checking.
He was identified as Abdul Majeed Haroo son of Abdul Razak Haroo of Arwani Bijbehara. An FIR, 62/2013 under Section 15/18 NDPS act has been registered against him, they said.
