JAMMU, Dec 5: A man tried to end his life today by jumping from a building of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu.
“Balbir Chand, son of Girdhari Lal, resident of Ward Number 11 (Kathua) climbed on a building a tried to attempt suicide,” Police sources said, adding, a team of State Disaster Response Force reached on the spot and rescued the man from attempting suicide.
Source said that Balbir was disappointed with the kind of medical treatment being provided in the Hospital to his son who was admitted in ICU of the Hospital on December 2.
A case in this connection was registered at Police Station Bakshi Nagar and further investigation started.
