JAMMU, Mar 17: A man has been booked for criminal breach of trust by Bishnah police.
As per police sources, a complaint has been lodged by Tilak Raj, son of Hans Raj of 75-A 2nd Extension Gandhi Nagar with police station Bishnah stating that Shankar Satnami, son of Bhuthla Satnami of Village Chamrabarpali, Tensil Sakti, district Champa has fraudulently taken Rs 3 lakh for proving labours for construction work.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 33/16 under Section 406 RPC has been registered at Bishnah police station and manhunt has been launched to nab the accused.
