JAMMU, Oct 23: Police in Jammu’s Khour area have booked one person for allegedly assaulting one individual and snatching his gold chain.
A police official said that one Sachin Bhau son of Bachan Singh of Kot Maira, Tehsil Khour, District Jammu, approached Police Station Khour today, stating therein at on October 21, he was attacked with a sharp-edged weapon by one Kallu of the same area.
Quoting the complaint, the police official further said that the accused also snatched the gold chain of the complainant.
Acting on the written complaint of the complainant, he said, the accused has been booked in case FIR number 96/2024 under sections 126(2)/115(2)/307 BNS and 4/25 Arms Act registered at Police Station Khour and further investigation taken up.
