JAMMU, Nov 30: A man has been booked by Bahu Fort police for posting objectionable comments on social media.
According to a police official, police post Narwal received an information from reliable sources that a man identified as Waqar Bhatti son of Mohd Bashir, resident of Saaj, tehsil Thanamandi, district Rajouri (presently residing at Malik Market, Jammu) with criminal intention is posing objectionable comments against the Government and security forces on social networking sites, mentioning encounter of Pakistani terrorist Naveed Jatt.
Narwal police after taken permission from District Magistrate registered a case FIR No 303/2018 under Sections 124 A RPC against the accused and arrested him. The arrest was made by a police team from police post Narwal under the supervision of SHO, police station Bahu Fort, Inspector Parvez Sajjad.
