UDHAMPUR, June 23: A middle aged man committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his house at village Bai in Chenani.
The deceased has been identified as Mohd Shafi (45), son of Mohd Usaf. He was found lying unconscious under mysterious circumstances. The family members shifted him to Sub-District Hospital Chenani but he did not respond to the treatment and died after some time.
Police has registered a case in this connection for investigating the cause of suicide.
