JAMMU, June 16: A man allegedly committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence in RS Pura.
As per reports, Sikander Lal, son of Ram Singh of RS Pura allegedly consumed some poisonous stuff at his residence in RS Pura, late last night.
Noticing him unconscious, family member shifted him to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where he failed to respond to the treatment and breathed his last.
The body was handed over to family members for last rites after completion of legal formalities.
A case has been registered at concerned police station and investigation started to ascertain the reason behind such extreme step.
